CLASSIFICATION: Regular Full-Time
PAY: $55,000-62,000 (depending on experience and skill level)
SCHEDULE: M-F, 9:00AM – 5:00PM
LOCATION: Longmont, CO

Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years experience in content creation, social media management and reporting across Facebook and Instagram
- Strong understanding of reporting on social media performance and key metrics of success
- Experience in photography, videography, content creation, and other related areas
- Ability to generate unique ideas and think creatively
- Depth of video and photo editing skills (experience with Photoshop, Lightroom, Rush, etc. required)
- Experience writing compelling content and ensuring brand voice is consistent across platforms
- Proficiency in grammar, punctuation, and copyediting is required – High attention to detail is required
- Ability to utilize team management tools such as Google Drive and Slack
- Expert knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok social media platforms
- Some experience with email marketing
- Passion for outdoor adventures and the vanlife lifestyle
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to safely and confidently drive and operate custom van and truck camper builds
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation:
- Develop engaging and visually appealing content for Rossmönster’s website, blog, and social media platforms.
- Produce high-quality photos, videos, and written content showcasing our custom adventure vans and truck campers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with the brand’s messaging and marketing strategy.
- Generate media library of engaging images and videos for Rossmönster’s advertising team to utilize
- Collaborate with the shop to capture content during and after builds, while also ensuring build progress is minimally impacted
- Create and execute strong email marketing strategy
- Create compelling blog posts to boost SEO
- Social Media Management:
- Manage and curate content across various social media channels
- Current channels needing management include: Instagram, Facebook, Youtube
- Channels we’d like to launch include: Twitter, TikTok
- Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.
- Monitor social media trends, respond to all comments and direct messages, and engage with the community to build a strong online presence.
- Provide monthly social media reporting to ensure continual growth and increased engagement across platforms (we currently use Later, but are open to making a switch and invest in a different platform if deemed necessary)
- Manage and curate content across various social media channels
- Community Engagement:
- Foster a sense of community among Rossmönster enthusiasts and customers through social media interactions and online forums.
- Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand reach and build relationships within the adventure and vanlife communities.
Work Arrangement:
This position offers a hybrid work model, combining remote and in-office responsibilities. The successful candidate will have the flexibility to work remotely for a portion of the week, with scheduled in-office days to take vehicles out and capture in-shop content.
